Darrell (the owner) has been grooming my standard schnauzer since she was a puppy. My dog is now eight and half years old and she is often the envy of others. We get many compliments on her grooming and I always refer interested parties to Kutz for Mutz. Dot (my schnauzer) loves going to see Darrell every couple of months. As other customers have noted Darrell is very good at getting mats untangled and is more than willing to clean out the debris my dog collects in her hair during hikes in the hills. He is very accommodating and he is very much a pet lover. He deserves the full five star rating.

The owner is terrific with my two Shelties. One is a special needs dog, with lots of issues. He is very considerate about her physical as well as emotional problems. My dogs always come out looking fantastic at Kutz for Mutz!

He's groomed my little toy dog since he was a puppy and another groomer wouldn't work on him because he was "too tiny." He does a great job, has often worked us in on short notice, and the cost is very reasonable.

The owner hung up on me today stating "I am not interested in working on this dog"! Even though he had groomed my puppy on 4 other occasions, he claimed that she screamed during the last visit and we were a "no show" for our X-mas visit. Our records show, we called to cancel the appointment. This guy was so rude, you would think he was working the door at a Hollywood club. The last time someone hung up in my face, I think I was in the 5th grade. He does a great job, but there are so many other groomers in the Bay who realize they are groomers and that "word of mouth" can destory a business. And, he is quite expensive. Clearly, he has forgotten that at the end of the day he is a dog groomer.

Thank you Kutz For Mutz for repeated great service over the last 12 years ! I wouldn't think of taking my two poodles anywhere else, they are so good with my oldest dog who has special needs and I know needs more attention. I have NEVER had one problem at Kutz for Mutz they give A1+++ service with TLC.
